We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Returns & Refunds

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return for any reason. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@stevinne.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label (US customers only).
  3. Once we receive the item and inspect it, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom‑made products
  • Items marked “final sale”
  • Opened health/beauty products (for safety reasons)

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free for US customers. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll ship a replacement at no extra cost.
